Alexis joined the HomeRiver team, dedicated to growing positive investor relationships with 5 years of business development experience supporting government planning and infrastructure.

Alexis’ focus is to go above and beyond for each client and will attack any challenge, full steam ahead! Alexis attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising receiving her degree in Marketing and is now excitedly working toward her real estate license. She’s worked and resided throughout the US, but chose to settle down in her absolute favorite place, Salt Lake City.

Alexis enjoys camping trips, a great cup of coffee, Utah winters, motorcycle rides and (all things) art.

Marshal Wiscombe

Marshal Wiscombe is the Regional Manager for HomeRiver Group, overseeing operations across Utah, Idaho Falls, Twin Falls and Boise. He also serves as our Principal Broker for Utah. With over a decade of experience in the property management industry, he brings a deep understanding of rental law and regulations, holding multiple certifications that reflect his expertise in the field. Marshal is an active member of both Utah and Idaho chapters of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), The Salt Lake Board of Realtors and the Rental Housing Association (RHA), where he currently serves on the government affairs committee. Marshal received the RHA single family property manager of the year award in 2022. His career began with hands-on experience, learning from his father’s rental property business, which instilled in him a passion for property management and a commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, Marshal has managed a wide variety of property types, including single-family homes, multi-family complexes, vacation rentals, HOA communities and commercial properties. He has overseen and coordinated millions of dollars in property renovation projects and flips. His expertise spans both Utah and Idaho, where he has adapted his management style to suit the unique demands and regulatory landscapes of each state. His role also includes managing state-owned properties through Right of Way programs, further showcasing his ability to handle complex and diverse portfolios. Marshal has exceptional team-building skills, with a proven track record of creating top-performing property management teams that consistently deliver industry-leading service and results.

Marshal's management philosophy is rooted in professionalism, transparency, and a commitment to the terms of the agreements with tenants and clients. He prioritizes building productive relationships based on clear, objective standards, ensuring that both parties’ rights and responsibilities are respected. His goal is to provide a seamless and reliable rental experience by focusing on consistent written communication, adherence to agreements, and delivering the highest quality of property management services across all the markets he oversees.
